You may recall his father visited the store to get a set of Piranito strings and to have the soundpost adjusted. The other violin shop that Mr Lynch visited was not interested in trying to improve the sound of the violin, suggesting it would cost too much. Your assistance in adjusting the soundpost and fitting new strings was much appreciated and made a big difference.
