Animato's Free Maintenance Support Program (FMSP) provides Schools with an easy way to keep their instruments maintained appropriately, free of charge (conditions apply). |

| How Does It Work? All instruments purchased by schools from Animato have always attracted a 10% discount. Now, if your school joins Animato's FMSP, it will not only receive this 10% discount at time of purchase, but a further 10% of the invoice amount will go into the school's "Maintenance Trust Account". When this account reaches $500, Animato will contact your school to arrange a suitable time for our mobile repairer (with a Blue Card) to spend up to eight hours ($65/hr x 8hrs = $500) at your school to perform the necessary maintenance work on as many instruments as possible (regardless of where the school is situated, and regardless of the history (were they came from) of the 'instruments in need.' The school will only pay for the necessary parts, such as replacement strings. | |||||||||||||||

So that the school does not need to wait too long for their first free service, Animato will put $250 starting capital into the school's Maintenance Trust Account.
